Have a plan for what to do if you find yourself in a place where there are drugs or alcohol. No matter how far you are in the recovery process there will be times when you are tempted to give in. Write down your wish list of goals and dreams.
Write a list of what you have accomplished in the past year.

Keep a journal with you at all times where you can write down your thoughts and feelings. Throw this list away at the end of each day so that you dont hold on to negative emotions.
Write a list of recovery goals.
Write down some of your past experiences and how you felt about them.
